We enjoy having a good time at the lake as much as anyone. We also take the health and safety of our family and guests very seriously. By booking this property you agree to the following rules: Absolutely no smoking or vaping is allowed on the property. Any evidence of smoking found i.e. cigarette butts or ashes, vape pens, smells of cigarettes or marijuana, or property damage such as cigarette burns left on furniture results in an automatic $500 cleaning fee plus any other fees associated with smoking related clean up. Our hot tub is a wonderful feature enjoyed by the majority of our guests. While we would like everyone to enjoy it, please do so responsibly. Any egregious misuse of the hot tub i.e. damaging the hot tub or vomiting in the hot tub results in an automatic $300 cleaning fee in addition to any other costs associated with repairing and cleaning the hot tub. As much as we love any animals but especially dogs, we choose to be respectful of those with allergies. Booking our home means that you have agreed to pay an additional $300 fee If any trace of an unauthorized animal is found.

Other than 2 locked storage closets, the entire house and yard is included in this rental, so make yourself at home.
