Hidden away in Paradise Hill on a secluded, wooded lot, this property was completely renovated in 2024 and comes with a peekaboo view of Lake Tenkiller from the new hot tub. It's a 6 minute drive to Strayhorn Marina, an 18 minute drive to Burnt Cabin Marina, and less than a mile to the Fin and Feather Resort. Also, about 35 minutes from river floats. Relax inside with family board games, cook a meal in the fully stocked kitchen, or just unwind in front of the Roku TV with 1 gig internet speed.

Good to know

All bedrooms include a bedside table, a power strip, and lamp for each guest as well as ceiling fan, full length mirror, and a closet with box fan and extra pillows and sheets. After a couple of tight turns, there is plenty of space for boat parking and trailer parking.

Other Details to Note

Due to natural settling of the house over the years, you will notice some uneven areas in the floor. These do not detract from the beauty of the home or area, but you will feel changes in the floor. There is one small step with handrail to enter the hallway that leads to the bedrooms and bathrooms.

We enjoy having a good time at the lake as much as anyone. We also take the health and safety of our family and guests very seriously. By booking this property you agree to the following rules: Absolutely no smoking or vaping is allowed on the property. Any evidence of smoking found i.e. cigarette butts or ashes, vape pens, smells of cigarettes or marijuana, or property damage such as cigarette burns left on furniture results in an automatic $500 cleaning fee plus any other fees associated with smoking related clean up. Our hot tub is a wonderful feature enjoyed by the majority of our guests. While we would like everyone to enjoy it, please do so responsibly. Any egregious misuse of the hot tub i.e. damaging the hot tub or vomiting in the hot tub results in an automatic $300 cleaning fee in addition to any other costs associated with repairing and cleaning the hot tub. As much as we love any animals but especially dogs, we choose to be respectful of those with allergies. Booking our home means that you have agreed to pay an additional $300 fee If any trace of an unauthorized animal is found.

I just can't say enough good things about our stay and the hosts! The house was beautiful! The view is amazing on the deck, from the hot tub that they had prepared ahead of time for us. Each room had comfortable beds, amazing long lasting hot water for all 8 of us to shower in the mornings, open kitchen for us all to gather and talk while preparing breakfast and dinner. The hosts were so prompt and wonderful in communication throughout the whole weekend. Price wise, this was unbeatable and worth the drive to the Castle of Muskogee that we attended each day. Our group has agreed we have to go back on October! Over 5-star value for this home away from home.

we really enjoyed staying here it was very relaxing close to the lake was so peaceful we had a great time we will definitely be booking with them again in this location we had a blast we have a big family and it has room for all of us great place friendly nice hosts everything was perfect
